My name is Harsh Joshi. I am a Software Engineer by profession.

Here's what you can expect in this space - a collection of hard-hitting questions in everyday engineering and technology beyond the basics of “whats”, “whys”, and “hows”. These are to bring you a new perspective, garden fresh ideas, and brew interesting conversations.

What it’s not -

  • How does DNS work?

  • Introduction to Generative AI.

  • Getting started with Asynchronous Programming.

Honestly, there is a lot of good content out there, if you are looking for how-to guides, learning material, and content like the above. I don’t wish to repeat the same in this space. This space is reserved for simpler words trying to convey impactful ideas.

What it could be -

  • Is Server-less architecture here to stay?

  • Can you make Javascript more powerful?

  • Do Language Models Understand Humour?

  • Why Rust is different than other programming languages?

These are not typical FAQs; neither are your “how-to” guides.

I intend to to translate curiosity and alt-content from technology and pragmatic engineering into this space and hence I acknowledge that this might not be for all. This perhaps might tickle your mind, and bring you a slightly different take on everyday technology and the world of software engineering, product, and design.

Produce a header image for the 'About' page of the 'Unengineered' blog that resembles a black and white, simple, uncluttered handmade drawing, focusing on the essential concept of the Turing Machine. The image should present a minimalist depiction, featuring just the infinite tape and the read/write head of the Turing Machine, without any additional details. Aim for a design that looks like it was sketched with a black ink pen on white paper, capturing the essence of innovation in the most straightforward and accessible manner. The blog's title, 'Unengineered,' should be included in the sketch, harmonizing with the minimalistic theme in a hand-drawn style. Ensure the background is white to emphasize the black and white sketch-like quality. The image size should be 1024x1024.
