I'd like to note that we now have documentation around some of how oapi-codegen is currently governed.

This is something that will change over time, and as we work to make the project more sustainable in terms of people, and grow the maintainer group over time.

Before we get there, we wanted to make sure that we're clear in how things are currently in place.
